It is believed that by following these messages and praying the rosary daily, one can receive a special grace from God. Mary promised her son that if her apostles prayed the rosary daily with faith and devotion, she would grant them special graces. She chose fifteen mysteries of the Rosary for them to meditate on in order to receive those graces. According to this, six visionaries at Medjugorje have received all ten of those secrets from Mary, who promised they will be granted if they pray with faith and devotion. Along with this promise came a descent of many graces upon them.

Rosary Medjugorje is a prayer for this grace. It includes prayed three Our Fathers, a Hail Mary, and a Glory Be. This prayer is in honor of the Father Almighty, the Virgin Mary, and Jesus Christ. The story behind it is that Marija saw Mary crying in her apparition in Medjugorje and she asked why she was crying. Mary replied with deep sorrow that it was because of Pontius Pilate’s terrible injustice to Jesus Christ on the cross on Calvary. She then asked Marija to pray the Rosary every day in remembrance of this sorrowful event as well as her joy of His resurrection three days later. Thus, Rosary Medjugorje was born as a way to thank God for His mercy and love for mankind by invoking the intercession of the Virgin Mary through her apparitions in Medjugorje.

The prayer of Rosary Medjugorje is a way to protect and bless dear children, so that they may be filled with joy and fulfill their dear children’s hearts. It is also a way to call on the Father Almighty for peace in the world. The rosary is based on the message of Fatima and work of Marys who have been appearing to three young children since 1981, giving messages from God to the world. This work has continued for more than thirty years, and God’s love for all His children has been proclaimed throughout the world.

It all began on June 24, 1981 when Our Lady of Medjugorje appeared to six visionaries in the small village of Medjugorje, located in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Every evening at 6 pm (Central European Time) the village gathers to pray the Rosary and other prayers in the church of St James. The visionaries typically spend six hours reciting most parts of the Rosary, although this can vary from day to week and from summertime to wintertime.
